Big order FAQs
A few quick answers before you send your request.
1. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend sending your request at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Orders with shorter notice may not be available, especially for larger quantities.
2. Can I make changes after sending my request?
Yes, as long as your order has not been confirmed yet. Once the order has been confirmed, changes may depend on timing and availability.
3. Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is handled by Budwheels. The delivery fee is an additional cost set by Budwheels and varies depending on the delivery distance. The driver will call you upon arrival, so please make sure the phone number in your request is correct.
4. Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. You can choose pickup and select either Vasastan or Karlaplan when filling in the form.
5. Do you offer gluten-free pizzas?
Yes, you can request gluten-free pizzas in the form for an additional 35 SEK per pizza. Please note that our kitchen also handles regular pizza dough, so we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
6. What about allergies or dietary requirements?
Please include any allergies or dietary requirements in the dedicated field when submitting your request. Our team will review the information before confirming your order.
7. Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Invoice payment is available for both companies and private customers. Companies will be asked for their company and organisation details, while private customers will be asked to provide a personnummer.
8. Can I pay by card?
Yes. Card payment must be completed before pickup or delivery.
9. When is my order confirmed?
Your order is not confirmed when you submit the form. Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm availability, pickup or delivery details, and payment.
10. Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order quantity for a Big Order.
